# NOTICE

`CDKSwiftNativePort` includes code derived from and inspired by the
Chemistry Development Kit (CDK), developed by the CDK project contributors.

Upstream project:

Reference target used for parity work in this port:
- CDK 2.12

`CDKSwiftNativePort` also vendors the official IUPAC InChI source distribution
as the `IUPACInChI` SwiftPM C target.

Upstream project:

Vendored source:
- IUPAC InChI `v1.07.5`
- Git commit `11a87982bb518f57ac013f0b258c283655e1ea1d`
- License copy: `Sources/IUPACInChI/LICENSE-IUPAC-InChI.txt`

`CDKSwiftNativePort` includes compact color tables for optional 3D atom-color
palettes used by host renderers.

Palette sources:
- Jmol-style and CPK atom palettes are compatibility palettes used by CDK-like
  3D renderers.
- Okabe-Ito palette values are the widely used color-vision-deficiency-friendly
palette described by Masataka Okabe and Kei Ito; this package uses the
  MIT-licensed `okabe-ito-py` value ordering.
- Viridis, Cividis, Magma, Inferno, Plasma, Matplotlib Tab10, and Matplotlib
Tab20 palette values are from the Matplotlib project / BIDS colormap work.
- ColorBrewer Set2 and Dark2 palette values are from ColorBrewer.
- CARTO Safe and Vivid palette values are from CartoDB CARTOColors.
